These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BolBots website (bolbots.com) and services (the "Services") provided by BolBots LLC ("BolBots," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, calling our line, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
BolBots provides done-for-you AI phone-answering, appointment-booking, and follow-up services for small businesses. We set up and manage the Services on your behalf. Specific features and scope are described during your consultation and in any order or agreement you enter into with us.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
Pricing for the Services is presented on our website or in your order. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed; you may cancel as described in your agreement. Any one-time setup fees, taxes, and usage-based charges will be disclosed before they apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
By providing your mobile number and consenting to be contacted, you agree to receive service-related text messages from BolBots, such as confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Mobile information collected for text messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law or regulation; send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent communications; infringe others' rights; or interfere with or disrupt the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
You retain ownership of the business information you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to use that information to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for any information you share with us.
The BolBots name, logo, website, and Services (excluding your business information) are owned by BolBots and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our marks without prior written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BolBots will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BolBots from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
